Retail Banking Project Manager – High Volume, HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account to fulfill strategic business goals.

• Assist a financial retail banking client with a substantial number of projects.

• Oversee projects related to HVAC, roofing, parking lot improvements, and other associated construction activities.

• Supervise all aspects of individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closure.

• Develop the scope of work, resource requirements for project delivery, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessment.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.

• Conduct requests for proposals, carry out bid assessments, and suggest resources to clients.

• Establish project documentation governance in line with organizational and client standards.

• Ensure the integrity of project data and accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead the project delivery team and provide direction to achieve project objectives.

• Develop action plans to meet targets, budget constraints, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates on status and deviations.

• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.

• Utilize standard principles and practices to complete complex tasks and offer innovative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise across various job functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and management capabilities.

• Competence in working effectively and collaboratively with the larger team.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Availability to work within the Mountain time zone.

• No travel necessary.
