📋 Description

• Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience.

• Recommend suitable accessories and educate customers on their advantages.

• Generate leads for industrial sales.

• Achieve and surpass daily productivity and sales targets.

• Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, store signage, and housekeeping standards.

• Stay proficient in product knowledge, technical standards, and operational standards through ongoing learning.

• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational standards and legal regulations.

• Provide direct assistance in daily retail store operations.

• Maintain familiarity with RWSC’s electronic communication software.

• Establish, adhere to, and enforce organizational quality system standards.

• Uphold the core values of Red Wing Shoe Company.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Conduct oneself in accordance with RWSC policies.

• Build collaborative relationships with essential personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older within 30 days of application.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company’s mission, values, and organizational structure.

• Understanding of profit and loss.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of retail footwear.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Capability to bend and squat for lacing shoes, perform overhead lifting, twisting, and climb a ladder.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Competence in performing housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, discarding trash, maintaining recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays.

• Satisfactory background check.

• Must work in a drug-free environment.
