This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with regional collaborators, instructors, trainer educators, training organizations, professional entities, and various stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying business development prospects with both new and existing regional partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated external stakeholders.
• Nurture relationships with high-value and high-performing instructors and organizations to enhance engagement, advocacy, and retention.
• Promote collaboration within the instructor network.
• Ensure compliance with Heart & Stroke resuscitation program standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Guide instructors and training partners on program prerequisites, quality standards, and approved methodologies.
• Receive, evaluate, document, investigate, and aid in resolving program quality concerns, complaints, QA violations, and escalations.
• Assess whether issues can be addressed regionally or require escalation.
• Leverage digital and AI-driven tools to enhance administration and quality oversight.
• Provide network insights and data-driven information to support decision-making and partner engagement.
• Assist in strategies to expand, onboard, and retain the instructor network.
• Utilize Salesforce, reports, and analytics tools to track activity, performance trends, and engagement levels.
• Employ AI-generated insights to prioritize issues and recognize patterns impacting quality, compliance, or stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate the regional rollout of resuscitation programs, initiatives, and updates in accordance with national standards.
• Align activities, schedules, stakeholders, and resources for consistent, high-quality execution.
• Represent Heart & Stroke at both virtual and in-person regional network events.
• Identify gaps in program delivery and provide strategic guidance.
• Engage proactively and hold oneself, the team, and stakeholders accountable.
• Support administration, education, awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organize and implement regional special events as necessary.
• Coordinate volunteers for regional activities as required.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups, meetings, and initiatives.
• Enhance responses from the Resuscitation Support Centre.
• Serve as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams to communicate and address feedback, issues, and opportunities.
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in business, health sciences, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Over 3 years of experience in project/program management, relationship management, customer service, or business development/corporate sales.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Currently residing in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Bilingual in French and English is advantageous.
• Certification or training in adult education is a plus.
• Heart & Stroke Instructor certification and/or experience with other instructional agencies is beneficial.
• Familiarity with provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training organizations is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
• Background in the non-profit sector is desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Comfort with using digital and AI-enhanced tools to boost efficiency and quality of work outputs.
• Understanding of provincial and national health systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and life support equipment is beneficial.
