Restoration Job File Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure thorough and precise restoration job files are maintained from lead intake to completion, including billing support, audits, and closeout.

• Examine WorkCenter project records, Client Requirements, correspondence, forms, photographs, estimates, and supporting documents for accuracy and thoroughness.

• Monitor Initial, Daily, and Final upload necessities, due dates, automated scrub outcomes, returns, and corrective measures.

• Assess field documentation and drying records, pinpoint missing or inconsistent information, and collaborate with production and project teams to make corrections.

• Systematize job-file uploads and verify that all required documents are signed, dated, legible, correctly labeled, and included in the appropriate submission.

• Oversee open work orders, audit activities, carrier or TPA requirements, and subsequent actions across numerous active files.

• Engage with managers, field teams, customers, adjusters, and program contacts while maintaining precise internal notes.

• Safeguard confidential customer and claim information while adhering to documented protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Documented experience in restoration administration, job-file coordination, job-file creation, claims documentation, or restoration file uploads as outlined in the resume.

• Documented experience working with a restoration third-party administrator or claims program as detailed in the resume.

• Proficiency with Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, WorkCenter, or similar systems is a strong indicator of relevant experience.

• Consistent employment history, typically with no more than two employers in the last five years.

• Exceptional organizational skills, written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

• Capability to work independently within the required Central Standard Time schedule.

• Experience with SERVPRO is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with WorkCenter, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, DryBook, DBMX, JobTrack, or similar restoration platforms is advantageous.
