Restoration Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop, compose, and review detailed contents restoration estimates for six franchise locations across Pennsylvania.

• Utilize Symbility/CoreLogic and Xactimate on a daily basis to generate accurate line-item estimates.

• Ensure that estimates adhere to industry pricing standards and regional regulations.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Third-Party Administrator programs.

• Guarantee that submissions comply with carrier SLAs, line-item limits, and documentation requirements.

• Work collaboratively with the Contents Department Management, project managers, and on-site technicians.

• Assess scopes of work, photo documentation, and contents inventory lists.

• Monitor job progress from initial scoping to final approval by the carrier.

• Manage revisions, supplements, and rejections in a timely manner.

• Ensure that inventory logs, total loss reports, pack-out/pack-in specifics, and cleaning costs are thorough, compliant, and defensible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in or work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

• Availability for full-time work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Proven experience and a high level of proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility (CoreLogic) platforms.

• Strong familiarity and direct hands-on experience with major TPA programs, including Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, and Westhill.

• Capability to use the provided company work-from-home technology setup solely for business purposes.

• Previous field experience in Contents Restoration and/or Water/Fire Mitigation is preferred.

• Relevant IICRC certifications such as CCT, FSRT, or WRT are advantageous.
