Restoration Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop, compose, and evaluate detailed contents restoration estimates for six franchise locations across Pennsylvania.

• Utilize Symbility/CoreLogic and Xactimate on a daily basis to generate accurate, itemized estimates.

• Ensure that estimates conform to industry pricing standards and regional specifications.

• Oversee adherence to Third-Party Administrator programs, carrier service level agreements (SLAs), line-item limits, and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with management in the Contents Department, project managers, and field technicians.

• Examine scopes of work, photographic records, and contents inventory lists.

• Monitor job progress from initial assessment to final carrier approval.

• Efficiently address revisions, supplements, and rejections.

• Confirm that inventory logs, total loss documentation, pack-out/pack-in specifics, and cleaning expenses are thorough, compliant, and justifiable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live in or work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

• Full-time availability is required from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Proven experience and high proficiency in the Xactimate and Symbility (CoreLogic) software platforms.

• Extensive familiarity and direct experience with major Third-Party Administrator programs, including Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, and Westhill.

• Ability and willingness to use the company-provided work-from-home technology exclusively for all business tasks.

• Prior hands-on field experience in Contents Restoration and/or Water/Fire Mitigation is preferred.

• Relevant IICRC certifications such as CCT, FSRT, or WRT are considered advantageous.
