This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Develop and sustain ICU Medical's Respiratory Care business within a designated territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stabilize existing business while identifying new business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability and grow existing accounts through the sale of ICU Medical products.
• Expand relationships into new sectors and both acute and non-acute accounts.
• Offer ongoing support for post-sales implementation.
• Achieve territory sales revenue targets for Respiratory Care products.
• Communicate clinical benefits and leverage technical knowledge with hospital and non-acute clinicians.
• Position ICU Medical products against competitors as a clinical and consultative authority.
• Conduct product trials and implementations.
• Expand market and clinician knowledge through local SCCM, AARC, and ATS events.
• Align sales initiatives with company and regional objectives.
• Participate in assigned special projects.
• Occasionally work during weekends or nights as needed.
• Travel is typically required more than 50% of the time.
• Previous experience in Respiratory and/or medical device sales is mandatory.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to formulate and implement a business plan to enhance market share.
• Demonstrated ability to foster sales growth and achieve results through data-driven continuous improvement techniques.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
• Background in respiratory therapy, tracheostomy, or medical device sales is preferred.
• A successful history of meeting quotas and driving growth in territory while cultivating customer relationships with Supply Chain.
• Active compliance with all credentialing standards, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Valid driver's license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy.
