This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of awarded projects, potential new business prospects, resource demand, resource availability, and forthcoming resource challenges across designated accounts.
• Assist in resource-related decision-making within a matrix environment and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Engage in strategic resource forecasting efforts focused on resource size, utilization, and skill set at the client level.
• Create, prepare, and disseminate resourcing projection reports while offering workforce planning insights to operational leadership.
• Develop an understanding of stakeholder information requirements and aid in enhancing automated tracking and reporting solutions.
• Participate in operational leadership meetings and assist in resource planning and allocation decisions.
• Oversee the alignment of resource demand and supply across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with resourcing leadership to track utilization and predict upcoming available capacity.
• Manage position and requisition activities while ensuring accurate workforce information is maintained within resource management tools.
• Aid in the development of resource planning tools, databases, procedures, processes, and training materials.
• Ensure adherence to relevant local regulatory standards and Parexel standard operating procedures.
• Assist in reassignment activities aimed at reducing non-billable bench time and collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to support workforce planning and redeployment efforts.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, resource management, workforce planning, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in the local language.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work effectively within a matrix environment and adapt to shifting business priorities.
• Ability to work independently while successfully contributing to a virtual team environment.
• Effective time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer and internet skills.
• Relevant work experience within a Contract Research Organization or pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience in supporting resource planning, utilization management, workforce analytics, or operational reporting activities.
• Experience in developing complex tools using business productivity software.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes through collaboration.
