This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with your team to diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines.
• Travel to various sites, engaging with diverse teams and acquiring a range of experiences, including managing travel logistics and cost coding.
• Perform safety inspections to ensure a secure working environment.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues while managing tasks effectively.
• Oversee construction and installation projects, managing the full lifecycle of turbines.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience with a wind energy technician certificate, 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• A solid commitment to safety and adherence to best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good physical fitness, with comfort working in various conditions and at heights.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and following instructions in both French and English.
• High school diploma (graduation certificate or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship are required.
