Bilingual Senior Travel Consultant, French, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers.

• Efficiently manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Offer proactive travel consultation, including sharing travel details and promoting related products.

• Research and secure travel reservations for clients.

• Provide guidance in line with the client's travel policies.

• Address all inquiries concerning necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Maintain and share knowledge of the various travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in international reservations.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Strong proficiency in GDS Sabre and BCD applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (mandatory).
