Bilingual Retirement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings with Plan Sponsors and Participants to meet designated objectives and performance metrics.

• Achieve or surpass set targets by enhancing retirement plan participation, increasing deferral rates, and boosting average account balances, resulting in improved participant outcomes and greater revenue & market share within the assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant portfolio.

• Gain a thorough understanding of current and potential Plan Sponsors/Participants, including targeted market segments, their operational methods, and value propositions.

• Assist Relationship Management in retention initiatives while seeking opportunities to promote additional Lincoln services and collaborate with relevant internal teams.

• Enhance asset retention by pinpointing rollover and distribution opportunities and providing IRA solutions that maintain assets with Lincoln, supporting participants' long-term retirement objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 - 3+ years of experience in Retirement Plans that correspond with the specified responsibilities.

• Reside in Dallas, Houston, or nearby areas with the capability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree).

• Must obtain FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration is preferred).

• Life & Health license to be acquired within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed candidates preferred).
