This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the RFV delivery lifecycle from the handoff of contracts through onboarding, data gathering, soil sampling, report generation, quality assurance, invoice preparation, and final delivery to customers.
• Develop and uphold project plans, milestones, dependencies, customer commitments, and delivery timelines for the current RFV portfolio.
• Oversee ongoing work, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures before commitments are missed.
• Establish operational rhythms, prioritize tasks, and create escalation paths that ensure work progresses with a sense of urgency.
• Manage priorities and transitions across Sales, soil sampling, data operations, agronomy or technical resources, report creators, quality assurance, and Finance.
• Lead through influence and direct accountability, ensuring that team members understand priorities, expected outcomes, and deadlines.
• Conduct operational reviews that focus on exceptions, decisions, owners, and subsequent actions.
• Oversee report creation and quality control activities, ensuring that deliverables are complete prior to distribution.
• Address data, agronomic, or report quality issues in collaboration with technical owners.
• Authorize or validate final delivery and confirm that reports and supporting materials are sent to the correct customer contacts.
• Notify Finance promptly and accurately when contractual billing milestones have been met.
• Develop standard operating procedures, stage definitions, service expectations, and controls for the RFV delivery process.
• Utilize workflow data and operational metrics to manage backlog, throughput, cycle times, quality, and capacity.
• Drive improvements in processes, systems, and automation.
• Assist in volume and resource planning by translating pipeline and committed work into capacity requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience in operations management, service delivery, project execution, customer implementation, or related coordination of complex work.
• Proven track record of achieving results across cross-functional teams while managing multiple customer commitments.
• Strong operational judgment, prioritization skills, problem-solving ability, and follow-through.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to lead with urgency, maintain composure under pressure, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Proficient with CRM systems, project or workflow management tools, reporting software, and standard productivity applications.
• Keen attention to detail while remaining focused on throughput and customer results.
• Preferred: experience in agriculture, agronomy, precision agriculture, environmental services, professional services, or field-based service operations.
• Preferred: experience in coordinating soil sampling, field operations, laboratories, data preparation, analytics, or technical report delivery.
• Preferred: experience in establishing operational KPIs, standard operating procedures, dashboards, and routines for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, agriculture, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
