This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s range of products and consulting methodologies.
• Foster strong customer relationships while supporting distinct business objectives.
• Advise Small Market and Mid-Market clients on system setups and implementation tactics.
• Address client issues and deliver solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Keep an open line of communication with project team members for smooth project delivery.
• Spot opportunities to enhance consulting practices and methodologies.
• Oversee the configuration of ResidentVerify and ensure that screening workflows cater to customer requirements.
• Manage the transition to post-implementation support teams.
• Evaluate customer objectives and suggest corresponding system configurations.
• Provide prompt and precise consultation during the implementation phase.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders throughout various project phases.
• Independently handle daily responsibilities, applying sound judgment and established best practices.
• Travel for client meetings, industry events, and company functions as needed.
• Uphold professional interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation is required.
• Strong grasp of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation context.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and the capability to work independently on moderately complex tasks.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving non-standard problems utilizing professional insight and Entrata’s best practices.
• Significant experience with Google Suite products.
• Prior experience in the multi-family, proptech, or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required.
• Proficiency in using company-approved GenAI tools.
• Skill in auditing AI outputs for accuracy, brand conformity, and avoidance of hallucinations.
• Ability to safeguard proprietary and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data.
• Competence in crafting clear and context-rich prompts.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Entrata hires for this position in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for exempt roles, and in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for non-exempt roles.
