This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create, confirm, and oversee reservations.
β’ Address inquiries related to lodging and accommodations.
β’ Manage dining-related requests efficiently.
β’ Respond to inquiries regarding tickets and packages.
β’ Offer support for air travel and reservation-related matters.
β’ Handle questions about availability and pricing.
β’ Clarify details about promotions and package offerings.
β’ Manage dietary restrictions and special requests.
β’ Coordinate arrangements for VIP guests.
β’ Professionally resolve guest concerns.
β’ Provide comprehensive information to assist in informed travel decisions.
β’ Engage in certification coursework, knowledge assessments, role-play scenarios, and certification calls.
β’ Meet expectations for servicing, performance, quality, and customer service.
β’ Agents operate as independent contractors.
β’ Must provide services for at least 5 hours across 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays, or a combination thereof.
β’ During the Certification Statement of Work (SOW), must deliver a minimum of 10 hours across 20 intervals weekly, including required weekend intervals.
β’ Must maintain a cumulative average of 90% on all mandatory knowledge assessments.
β’ Must achieve a minimum of 90% on required certification calls.
β’ Completion of all required coursework is mandatory.
β’ Participation in assigned role-play activities is required.
β’ Completion of the Security Awareness course with at least an 85% score is necessary.
β’ Must meet all servicing and performance expectations.
β’ Webcam usage is required during certification activities.
β’ A Windows 11 computer with all updates installed is necessary.
β’ The operating system must be set to English.
β’ A hardwired USB VOIP headset is required; wireless headsets are not allowed.
β’ A smartphone or tablet capable of running a security-token application is needed.
β’ Equipment must be capable of successfully completing required PC scans.
β’ Background check is mandatory.
β’ Photo ID verification is required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and effective professional communication are essential.
β’ Comfort in navigating multiple systems and adhering to detailed procedures and workflows is necessary.
β’ A dependable home workspace is required.
β’ Ability to consistently meet scheduled servicing commitments is essential.
β’ Comfort being on camera during certification activities is necessary.
β’ Certification Pay: $7.00 per hour.
β’ Flexible selection of available servicing intervals based on program requirements and availability.
