Reservations Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage lodging reservations for both individual and group guests.

• Direct and respond to phone calls.

• Address guest inquiries via phone and email.

• Timely respond to voicemail messages.

• Create, modify, and cancel both transient and group reservations.

• Process lodging deposits from guests in accordance with company policy.

• Check the waitlist and contact guests to fill available openings or cancellations.

• Issue gift cards purchased through phone or online channels.

• Record maintenance and housekeeping issues in HOTSoS.

• Document guest requests in reservations.

• Charge third-party reservations in full upon guest arrival.

• Manage mail distribution.

• Maintain guest information, daily reports, and conduct night audits.

• Stay informed about other departments and be aware of guest and Ranch matters.

• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned or required by upper management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.

• Availability on weekends is essential.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience with lodging reservation systems is preferred.

• Experience with ResortSuite PMS & Synxis CRS is advantageous.

• Proficient computer skills are necessary.

• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.

• Work schedule is not guaranteed due to the 24-hour operational nature; schedule requests depend on business volume.
