Reservations Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop a sincere, informative, and customized guest experience for resort reservations.

• Accurately enter guest contact details.

• Incorporate past stay experiences, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information into guest profiles.

• Address inquiries concerning room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, hours, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa services, daily availability, events, local services, restaurants, wineries, points of interest, and directions.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Collaborate with guest service team members and other departments to address issues and ensure follow-through.

• Guarantee that billing and financial transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.

• Promote services and offerings while educating guests about the resort's amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, ideally within a luxury resort environment.

• Capability to draft professional business correspondence.

• Must exhibit courteous interpersonal and sales skills.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Ability to engage positively with every guest.

• Proficiency in working collaboratively with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
