This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Make and oversee hotel, flight, and car rental reservations for clients.
β’ Manage payments and collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure precision.
β’ Review and confirm provider invoices, addressing any discrepancies.
β’ Address special requests and urgent matters with providers via email or phone.
β’ Assist the Trip Planner Team with bookings, research, and detail verification.
β’ Resolve issues and provide prompt solutions for clients and providers.
β’ Engage in the recruitment process, which includes a questionnaire, video interview, test task, and final interview.
β’ Proficient in spoken and written English.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Consistent and reliable internet connection.
β’ Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
β’ Experience in planning trips, whether professionally or personally.
β’ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
β’ Availability to work one weekend day.
β’ Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or administration is advantageous.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of European destinations is a plus.
