Research Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Investigate intricate customer service cases, manage billing adjustments, and convey resolutions to customers and/or clients regarding tolls and violations.

• Evaluate, address, and/or resolve written inquiries from vehicle renters and related agencies and businesses across multiple channels.

• Organize daily tasks according to the significance of assigned responsibilities.

• Monitor and report unusual service inquiry trends to management.

• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation and notes for all inquiries.

• Provide support during customer service calls as necessary to achieve service level goals.

• Assist with various additional tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with internal departments, Tolling Authorities, Issuing Authorities, and Collections Agencies to settle renter disputes.

• Support client expedited requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative, research, customer service, or transaction processing role.

• Strong reading and comprehension abilities.

• Proficient interpersonal written communication skills for accurately documenting activities across multiple systems and in proper business writing.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Products, including Outlook and Excel.

• Capability to analyze data to tackle complex issues.

• Strong sense of urgency and personal initiative concerning customer service and problem resolution.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
