Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the US Sales Enablement team by conducting market research.

• Develop comprehensive and concise client reports.

• Compile lists of potential prospect clients.

• Implement research projects at both company and market levels.

• Act as a liaison for research support while fulfilling stakeholder needs.

• Guide team members and engage in quality control, grooming, and training efforts.

• Oversee one or more projects, managing scopes, timelines, content, and presentations.

• Support workflow management and allocation of tasks.

• Contribute to enhancing research offerings, content organization, and presentation formats.

• Uphold work ethics and minimize SLA violations.

• Enhance existing research tools and assist in developing new automation solutions.

• Manage the Intelligence Hub, ensuring materials are accessible and up-to-date while archiving outdated content.

• Foster team awareness and engagement through internal communication platforms.

• Collaborate with clients and sales teams throughout the US region.

• Perform quality control assessments and guide analysts to ensure that deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized institution.

• Over 5 years of pertinent market research and consulting experience.

• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.

• Excellent skills in report writing and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong abilities in planning, project management, and problem-solving.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, PitchBook, and Sales Navigator.

• Strong interpersonal skills applicable at all levels of management.

• Capability to collect, analyze, and present information in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and build domain expertise within the team.

• Willingness to work the afternoon shift from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
