Research Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of scientific operations deliverables, utilizing your skills to ensure both quality and efficiency.

• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely achievement of project milestones.

• Oversee study documentation and support the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of process enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research or project management is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data management and documentation.

• Effective communication skills, with the capacity to work efficiently within teams.

• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
