📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable research consultant, grasping customer goals and suggesting methodologies, sampling techniques, and study frameworks.

• Oversee research projects from start to finish, including initial planning, study implementation, data gathering, quality control, analysis, and reporting.

• Facilitate discussions with clients, offering expert insights, managing expectations, and addressing intricate research challenges.

• Create and develop studies utilizing Qualtrics and Prolific.

• Perform quantitative analyses, interpret results, and convert findings into actionable strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to assist with opportunities, tackle delivery issues, and enhance research methodologies.

• Contribute to the development and expansion of Prolific's Managed Services offering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in designing and executing intricate research projects, preferably in a research consultancy, managed services division, market research agency, or industry research role.

• Demonstrated expertise in advising clients on research methodologies, study designs, and sampling techniques.

• Strong quantitative research and analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and converting research data into practical insights.

• Experience managing several client-focused research projects concurrently.

• Knowledge of research platforms, especially Qualtrics.

• Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or similar software.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

• PhD or equivalent research experience (preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience in delivering research in both academic and commercial settings (preferred).

• Background in qualitative research or in establishing scalable research methodologies and best practices (preferred).
