Investigative Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a team of Investigators through comprehensive research utilizing various sources and tools.

• Investigate companies and individuals for case development using a range of investigative techniques.

• Conduct confidential background checks and due diligence investigations.

• Handle a substantial caseload and attorney requests within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with team members on urgent requests and cases.

• Contribute to special projects as a vital member of the Investigative Services Team.

• Engage in regular computer and telephone tasks, primarily within a desk-based setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Strong skills in investigative research are essential.

• Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven, team-focused atmosphere.

• Capacity to gain in-depth knowledge of background and due diligence investigations.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• High attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional time management, adaptability, and flexibility.

• Advanced skills in computer usage, internet navigation, and investigative research.

• Experience with legal, public, private record, and company research tools is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Research Assistant, Analyst, Librarian, Paralegal, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
