Research Budget Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, principal investigators, research coordinators, research administrators, and various stakeholders in clinical research.

• Review and negotiate budgets for clinical trials with study sponsors.

• Conduct Medicare coverage analysis.

• Establish and oversee PeopleSoft awards and projects.

• Work in partnership with Central Pricing, the Center for Research, Controllership, Physician Contract Management, and other interdisciplinary departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• CITI Certification is required or must be obtained within three months.

• Strong analytical capabilities are essential.

• Ability to organize extensive data sets.

• Proficient in arithmetic manipulation, MS Office, and Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and protocols in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and departments.

• Familiarity with laws and regulations pertinent to the administration of clinical trials and CMS rules and requirements.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
