Research Assistant – Virtual Clinical Study

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Screen and enroll study participants.

• Conduct virtual study visits via video conferencing.

• Assist participants in completing standardized functional assessments.

• Oversee daily symptom diaries and follow up on any missed entries.

• Input data into the electronic data capture system in accordance with established protocols.

• Collaborate with the physiotherapist investigator on training for assessments.

• Partner with a clinical trial consultant to ensure protocol compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree (or currently pursuing) in a health-related discipline such as physiotherapy, kinesiology, nursing, public health, rehabilitation science, or a related field.

• Experience in human-subject research, preferably in a coordinator or research assistant capacity.

• Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification, or a willingness to obtain it prior to starting.

• Proficient in conducting structured video sessions with participants and maintaining detailed records.

• Availability for 20–25 hours per week, with some flexibility for participant scheduling (including evenings and weekends).

• Must be located in Canada.
