This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, educate, and pre-screen potential participants for research studies.

• Analyze and clarify study protocols and associated medical conditions to patients and their families.

• Evaluate patient readiness for screening appointments and relay Principal Investigator decisions regarding study eligibility.

• Arrange protocol-required patient visits and engage in retention activities.

• Confirm completion of study visits and manage patient stipend payments.

• Interact with patients through phone, email, and video conferencing.

• Document patient interactions following Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ALCOA-C standards.

• Address technology-related issues experienced by patients.

• Maintain study portal information while prioritizing data entry, cleanup, and inquiries.

• Input data into study systems within specified deadlines.

• Participate in meetings with Principal Investigators and site teams, prepare agendas, and present updates and escalations.

• Collaborate with study sites to resolve queries and issues.

• Identify imaging facilities, articulate protocol requirements, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with imaging reviewers.

• Analyze study protocols and assist in the preparation of regulatory documentation.

• Support study-related administrative tasks as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent clinical research experience.

• Highly skilled in utilizing clinical research technologies, including recruitment platforms, IWRS, EDC, and other clinical trial software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel).

• Familiar with research terminology and foundational medical terminology.

• Strong understanding of government regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ALCOA-C.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Adequate home office setup, including a private space for participant communication and high-speed internet (minimum: 100MB up and 15MB down, 5 GHz router).

• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Care Access currently cannot sponsor work visas.
