Master's Research Fellow – Agent Experience Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create conceptual frameworks for the agentic economy as it pertains to the financial sector.

• Suggest heuristics for decision-making when engaging with autonomous agents.

• Develop classifications of agent types and outline their roles within value chains.

• Establish testing protocols to assess interactions between agents and the bank’s digital services.

• Design prototypes of autonomous markets and trading environments specifically for AI agents.

• Evaluate technical and operational requirements for security, reliability, and governance.

• Provide strategic recommendations related to product development, technology, user experience, and innovation.

• Create assessments and guidelines to position the bank concerning intermediary, representative, or consumer agents.

• Generate technical reports that detail research scenarios, impacts, and findings.

• Keep abreast of trends such as tokenization, the programmable economy, and emerging protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree completed.

• Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, particularly large language models (LLMs).

• Proficient in algorithms and programming, especially in Python.

• Strong logical reasoning capabilities.

• Experience in searching for, interpreting, and analyzing scientific literature.

• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with multi-agent systems.

• Understanding of or experience within the digital economy.

• Interest in AI ethics and its socioeconomic implications.

• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) and product journeys.

• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.

• Willingness to engage for a 12-month duration.
