Master’s Research Fellow – Agent Experience Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create conceptual frameworks for the agentic economy within the financial sector.

• Suggest heuristics for decision-making during interactions with autonomous agents.

• Develop classifications of agent types and chart their roles throughout value chains.

• Establish testing protocols to evaluate interactions between agents and the bank's digital services.

• Construct prototypes and simulations of autonomous markets and trading environments for AI agents.

• Assess technical and operational requirements for securely, reliably, and effectively serving agents with governance.

• Formulate strategic recommendations regarding product development, technology, user experience, and innovation.

• Create assessments and guidelines to position the bank relative to intermediary agents, representative agents, or direct consumers.

• Generate technical reports detailing scenarios, impacts, lessons learned, and research findings.

• Track trends such as tokenization, the programmable economy, and emerging protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed master’s degree.

• A degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, particularly LLMs.

• Proficiency in algorithms and programming, especially in Python.

• Strong logical reasoning abilities.

• Experience in locating, interpreting, and analyzing scientific literature.

• Knowledge of or experience with multi-agent systems (preferred).

• Knowledge of or experience with the digital economy (preferred).

• Interest in the ethical and socioeconomic implications of AI (preferred).

• Knowledge of or experience with customer experience (CX) and product journeys (preferred).
