This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Plans and implements research initiatives or experiments.

• Conducts comprehensive literature reviews and collects pertinent information.

• Designs and executes experiments to test hypotheses or validate innovative concepts.

• Collects data through experiments, surveys, or interviews.

• Analyzes data to uncover patterns and interprets the results.

• Prepares and presents technical reports detailing research, outcomes, and observations.

• Engages with stakeholders regarding progress, manages risks, and executes mitigation strategies.

• Develops or enhances products, processes, or technologies.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Documents experimental procedures, outcomes, and observations meticulously.

• Troubleshoots technical challenges and suggests effective solutions.

• Stays informed about advancements in the field through literature reviews or conferences.

• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.

• Profound understanding of the area of expertise.

• Scientific or technical knowledge is essential.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• A Master's degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to meet the specified physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
