Requirements Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement best practices and tools to gather both functional and non-functional requirements for the system under development.

• Advise, oversee, and guide developers in utilizing Requirements Management process tools.

• Establish a Common Vocabulary.

• Identify and categorize the critical processes of the system.

• Engage in the development of prototypes.

• Specify reporting requirements.

• Define records for audit trails.

• Illustrate the user interface design.

• Create and compile Supplementary Specifications.

• Formulate a Requirements Management Plan.

• Document classification of information.

• Develop a glossary of terms.

• Assemble a Requirements List.

• Create a matrix for system access profiles.

• Draft system messages.

• Detail functional requirements and use cases.

• Organize the Use Case Model.

• Facilitate the Requirements Approval Meeting.

• Gather, document, and prioritize initial requirements.

• Sustain business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.

• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field along with a specialization in Information Technology.

• CPRE — Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering certification is preferred.

• IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases certification is preferred.
