This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that align with PUM's mission.

• Establish and sustain networks with business clubs, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

• Collaborate with entrepreneurs focused on sustainable and inclusive business growth.

• Facilitate cooperation between entrepreneurs and PUM experts to ensure smooth project execution.

• Achieve a minimum of 10 successful projects annually.

• Advocate for PUM's mission, foster trust with entrepreneurs and local partners, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

• Broaden PUM's influence and create a lasting impact in Binh Dinh and the surrounding areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Well-connected within local SMEs, agricultural organizations, cooperatives, business associations, institutions, and local stakeholders in Binh Dinh and nearby central regions like Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, and Kon Tum.

• Professional experience in education, agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in cultivating and managing customer relationships, with strong skills in acquisition and project management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the socio-economic landscape, language, and culture of the region and Vietnam.

• Awareness of local communication styles and relationship-building practices, with the capability to engage various stakeholder groups.

• Exceptional interview and listening abilities to identify clients' genuine needs and convert them into opportunities.

• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with outstanding communication skills.

• Availability for approximately 12-16 hours per week, distributed over multiple days.

• Proficient in using digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365.

• Reside in Binh Dinh.

• Reference checks and a declaration of good conduct will be integral to the selection process.
