This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

• Identify and secure new SME clients that align with PUM’s mission

• Advocate for PUM’s mission and establish trust with entrepreneurs and local partners

• Develop and sustain networks with business clubs, entrepreneurs, and professionals

• Collaborate with entrepreneurs who are focused on sustainable and inclusive business growth

• Facilitate cooperation between entrepreneurs and PUM experts to ensure seamless project execution

• Achieve a minimum of 10 successful projects annually

• Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for PUM clients in Ho Chi Minh City

• Broaden PUM’s impact and foster lasting benefits for local entrepreneurs and communities

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining customer relationships

• Proficient in acquisition and project management

• In-depth understanding of the socio-economic landscape, language, and culture of Vietnam

• Experience as an entrepreneur with a strategic mindset for client portfolio development

• Strong interviewing and listening abilities to discern clients’ needs and convert them into opportunities

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese

• Exceptional communication skills

• Availability of approximately 12–16 hours per week, distributed over several days

• Comfortable using digital tools, especially Microsoft 365

• Well-networked within SMEs, business associations, institutions, incubators, and government

• Residency in Ho Chi Minh City is required

• Reference checks and a declaration of good conduct are part of the selection process

• CV and motivation letter must be submitted in English
