This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Analyze, interpret, research, and report data for Monitoring Authorities.

• Oversee the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data obtained from alcohol monitoring devices, adhering to the applicable requirements for designated jurisdictions.

• Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy when using company systems while safeguarding the integrity of data dissemination.

• Evaluate reports for precision and compliance with required data content, formatting, delivery methods, and reporting frequency.

• Follow up to rectify and transmit all data reports in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.

• Support the Compliance Supervisor with research, report preparation, and documentation collection for court testimony, hearings, and other meetings.

• Accurately and promptly submit required reports utilizing company databases and Monitoring Authorities’ proprietary software or data management systems.

• Offer assistance and training to Monitoring Authorities regarding new reports and system modifications.

• Conduct one-on-one training for new employees.

• Facilitate quarterly training sessions for CRS I and CRS II personnel.

• Meet or surpass assigned deadlines.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Compliance Reporting Specialist.

• At least two years of experience in customer service.

• Strong attention to detail, with the capability to maintain focus and remember information.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to comprehend and learn proprietary systems.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to lead group training sessions and manage a classroom setting.

• Adaptability and resourceful thinking in potentially challenging or stressful conditions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy.
