This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the daily sorting, processing, and dissemination of data recorded from alcohol monitoring devices and related data management systems.
• Distribute data to Monitoring Authorities in compliance with relevant requirements for designated jurisdictions.
• Comprehend the collection and distribution of client data to facilitate efficient and accurate responses to inquiries from Monitoring Authorities and clients.
• Maintain client records using company databases while ensuring data integrity and adherence to jurisdictional regulations.
• Submit photo reviews and document scanning reliably and punctually.
• Review daily data communications to designated Monitoring Authorities.
• Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Achieve or surpass designated deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Report to the Compliance Supervisor and assist with projects and matters of limited complexity.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (0–1+ years).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Openness to learning proprietary systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and think resourcefully in potentially challenging or stressful situations.
