Reporting Analyst Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in meetings to gather requirements.

• Utilize various techniques to document requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with both business and development teams.

• Manage and prioritize testing defects associated with requirements.

• Actively participate in project status meetings and provide valuable contributions.

• Work closely with seasoned Consumer Finance professionals on daily departmental tasks.

• Take part in learning and development activities during the internship, which may include networking, talks from leaders, career guidance, presentations, final presentations, and volunteer opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• Must be a rising junior or senior.

• Expected graduation date should fall between December 2027 and June 2029.

• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for a duration of 10–12 weeks in the summer.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

• Willingness to work during Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours.

• Possess foundational skills in analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving.

• Strong abilities in both written and verbal communication.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate discussions.

• Self-driven, organized, with effective time management capabilities.

• Previous internship experience is preferred.

• Experience balancing education with part-time work during the academic year is preferred.

• Involvement in university clubs is preferred.
