This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Account Management, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive functions along with client deliverables.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable tools to analyze, investigate, and interpret substantial datasets.
• Compile and construct data and data models effectively.
• Uphold and enhance data quality and performance standards.
• Identify, assess, and interpret trends and patterns within intricate data sets.
• Clearly and succinctly present findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grasp stakeholder and business priorities.
• Develop and implement data governance protocols.
• Enhance reporting processes and workflows.
• Oversee and manage corporate data operation initiatives.
• Assess and determine necessary system and process improvements.
• Comprehend report outputs and provide consultative insights for communicating results to clients.
• Innovate new tools and processes to support clients and account teams.
• 5-7 years of experience in health care/managed care with direct accountability for data analysis and management, relational databases, and reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in writing programs/code for queries and extracting data from multiple tables/sources using SAS or SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of relational database principles.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or other data mining and manipulation tools is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience in translating business requirements into actionable internal and client-facing reports.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including the skill to present technical information to diverse audiences and facilitate meetings.
• Strong data mining capabilities, research skills, and root cause analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at assessing and prioritizing tasks.
• Background in claims reporting, in-depth analysis, and benefits utilization analysis is highly preferred.
