This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into data analysis tasks.
β’ Collect, clean, and verify data from multiple sources to ensure precision and dependability.
β’ Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
β’ Leverage analytical tools and methods to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
β’ Aid in the ongoing enhancement of data quality and reporting procedures.
β’ Showcase newly created dashboards to field executives to guarantee complete understanding and effective use of reports.
β’ Convert raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
β’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize healthcare data.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
β’ Capability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
β’ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in analyzing healthcare data sets is preferred.
β’ Experience with clinical data sets, particularly in behavioral health, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7, is preferred.
β’ Experience with multi-state, multi-site healthcare providers is preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
β’ Knowledge of data warehouse operations.
β’ Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems.
β’ Required proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Required 1 year of experience in analyzing healthcare data sets.
β’ Required 1 year of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
