This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data.
• Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into data analysis objectives.
• Gather, clean, and verify data from diverse sources to guarantee accuracy and dependability.
• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Employ analytical tools and techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
• Aid in the continuous enhancement of data quality and reporting procedures.
• Demonstrate newly developed dashboards to field executives to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective use of reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• 1-3 years of experience in analyzing healthcare data sets (preferred).
• Experience in analyzing clinical data sets, particularly in behavioral health, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 (preferred).
• Experience with multi-state, multi-site healthcare providers (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of data warehouse operations.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Required experience includes 1 year with BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7; 1 year analyzing healthcare data sets; and 1 year with SQL and data visualization tools.
