Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, review, and assess essential daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets.

• Create Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for management utilizing operations, accuracy, and productivity data, including charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to gather required information.

• Engage with various intercompany team members.

• Partner with the Operations team to ensure precise performance-data reporting.

• Reconcile reports along with quality and production data.

• Construct and evaluate data through comprehensive Excel reporting.

• Understand TikTok performance metrics and communicate insights derived from the data.

• Provide administrative support and assistance for Operations leaders.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work extended hours during Month End.

• Proficient in adapting to constant changes.

• Exceptional service skills, encompassing timely delivery and quality.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.

• Expertise in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, and Forms.

• Readiness to embrace new challenges on a daily basis.

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, across all levels of staff and management.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Willingness to proactively present ideas and propose alternatives while providing or receiving constructive feedback.

• Sound reasoning with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to view a computer monitor for extended hours.

• Capability to analyze and interpret data, complete reports, utilize computers and software, present data internally and externally, identify trends, and drive crucial business decisions.
