Analyst, Reporting – ROPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, automate, and disseminate new reports while updating existing ones to enhance performance and uncover opportunities across Revenue Operations teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define report requirements.

• Gain an understanding of data sources, data extraction, and data utilization across various databases, including EDW and SQL.

• Draft requirements and design, construct, and automate intricate reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

• Deliver reports and ad hoc requests accurately and punctually.

• Resolve front-end and back-end report issues.

• Liaise with facilities to guarantee timely and precise receipt of patients' insurance coverage details.

• Comprehend the relationships between report metrics and business outcomes.

• Evaluate how suggested changes might impact report accuracy and functionality.

• Convert data into actionable business insights through regular reports.

• Identify issues, escalate to stakeholders, ascertain root causes, and recommend solutions.

• Gather feedback from business partners and lead collaborative sessions.

• Execute subsequent steps within assigned workstreams and oversee project plans.

• Communicate proactively about any obstacles encountered.

• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

• Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and training sessions as required.

• Adhere to teammate guidelines, employment policies, and departmental or company procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in analytics.

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in SQL, EDW, Excel, and Tableau.

• Extensive experience in query development.

• Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare analytics.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Netezza, Alteryx, and Google Cloud.

• Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare reimbursement.

• Preferred: Experience in admissions, billing, and collections.

• Preferred: Solid understanding of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors across multiple states.
