Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Carry out final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

• Utilize mobile technology to enhance work efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and skills in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Must possess personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Required to own hand and power tools.

• Demonstrated experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration requirements is necessary.

• DOT/MC numbers may be required for Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Adherence to state laws regarding the vehicle utilized for work is essential.

• Must successfully pass background and drug screenings.

• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check if operating a vehicle.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Proficient with technology and mobile phones.

• Strong communication skills are required.
