Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable products.

• Carry out final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Construct products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and guidelines.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in repairing and knowledge of fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related items.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding manufacturers' manuals and repair guidelines.

• Reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Possession of hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products per manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state regulations for the vehicle in use.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Clear MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
