Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Service fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and comparable products at customer locations.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during home repair appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions pertinent to equipment repair.

• Must possess personal transportation for traveling to and from repair sites.

• Must have access to hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills necessary to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration requirements is essential.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) over 10,000 lbs.

• Must adhere to state regulations regarding the vehicle used for work tasks.

• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is required.

• Must pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with mobile technology.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
