Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Conduct repairs on fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and other similar items.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at clients' homes.

• Execute contracted home delivery, assembly, and/or repair services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Contractor position focused on repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and other similar products.

• Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Required to own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills necessary to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is mandatory.

• Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration obligations.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Adhere to state regulations for the vehicle used in completing work.

• Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings; MVR checks are applicable to driving contractors.

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with technology, particularly mobile phones.

• Excellent communication abilities are essential.
