This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within clients' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable products.

• Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Reliable transportation to and from repair sites.

• Possession of hand and power tools.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling products to meet manufacturer standards.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles over a GVWR of 10,000 lbs.

• Compliance with state regulations for the vehicle utilized for work completion.

• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with technology, particularly mobile phones.
