Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Conduct the final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Provide prompt and dependable home services for premium companies delivering goods directly to consumers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions necessary for repairing equipment.

• Must have personal transportation to and from the repair location.

• Own hand and power tools and possess the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products as per manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Ensure compliance with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Adhere to state regulations pertaining to the vehicle used for work purposes.

• Background and drug screenings will be conducted for all contractors, including helpers.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks will be performed for all driving contractors.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

• Must be tech-savvy with a mobile phone.

• Strong communication skills are required.
