Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and fix fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during in-home repair visits.

• Execute repair tasks at customer locations utilizing personal transportation, tools, and equipment.

• Operate as an independent contractor for AIT Home Delivery, offering final delivery, assembly, and/or repair services for consumer goods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Ownership of hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Comply with state regulations regarding the vehicle used for work.

• Must successfully pass background and drug screenings; these apply to contractors and helpers.

• MVR required for driving contractors.
