Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, identify, and fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during home repair visits.

• Travel to customer locations for repair services using personal transportation.

• Execute contracted repair tasks for premium companies sending products directly to consumers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a repair contractor for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation for travel to and from repair locations.

• Ownership of hand and power tools necessary for repairs.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products according to manufacturer standards.

• Required to possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Must meet insurance and vehicle registration standards.

• DOT/MC numbers might be necessary for vehicles with GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Adhere to state regulations for the vehicle used for work activities.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Must pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with technology, including mobile phones.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
