Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, recognize, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and repair guidelines.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during in-home repair visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, recognize, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Possession of hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration mandates.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Compliance with state regulations for vehicles used in the execution of work.

• Successful completion of background and drug screenings.

• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically adept with a mobile device.
