This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in clients' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and instructions.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience/knowledge as a repair contractor for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related products.

• Proficient in reading and understanding manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Personal transportation required to travel to and from repair sites.

• Own hand and power tools necessary for the job.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products as per manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration mandates.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state regulations regarding the vehicle utilized for work.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings; this applies to contractors as well as helpers.

• Clear MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically proficient with a mobile phone.
