This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Collaborate closely and regularly with customers and partners alongside the Renewals Manager.
• Address technological challenges and mitigate competitive risks.
• Assess solutions to fulfill customer requirements and improve product experiences.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and channel partners while aligning with the CX recurring revenue strategy.
• Utilize technical expertise across related Cisco products and services within a specified architecture.
• Assist in the execution of renewals for mid-market or regional accounts of moderate complexity.
• Engage in customer conversations to comprehend renewal needs and customize messaging to align with business objectives.
• Emphasize Cisco differentiators through pre-prepared materials tailored to the customer’s context.
• Recognize adoption, competitive, and technical risks and contribute to planning resolutions.
• Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding pricing and terms.
• Support moderately complex renewal components by aligning known solutions with customer necessities.
• Recommend renewal options based on product insights and input from senior team members.
• Participate in scalable renewal processes using shared tools and methodologies.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose opportunities for automation or simplification.
• Share product-specific insights and renewal experiences with colleagues.
• Utilize software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enhanced systems to optimize renewal workflows.
• Identify gaps in customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve renewal outcomes.
• Collaborate with account teams, customer success, and operations.
• Take ownership of assigned renewal opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Adjust renewal plans based on feedback and disseminate process insights to ensure consistency and quality in execution.
• Over 2 years of experience managing high-volume, transactional opportunities while supporting consultative renewal strategies.
• Familiarity with renewal processes, procedures, systems, and lifecycle concepts.
• Experience in crafting value propositions across various go-to-market channels.
• Understanding of software subscription, licensing, and support-service contract models.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and issues concurrently.
• Experience in a sales environment involving direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel sales.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and partners.
• Program management experience in driving innovation, process enhancements, and scalable solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative renewals team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
• Knowledge of Gainsight or similar Customer Success Management platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise sales business models, customer lifecycle metrics, recurring revenue, retention, and growth drivers.
• Adaptability to changing processes with the ability to recommend improvements.
